Bridelia micrantha    (Velvet Sweetberry)  imphisimakhata,  mahlombe,  umhlalamagwababa,  umhlalamahubhulu,
     Durable, termite resistant wood makes good furniture.
Buddleja salviifolia    (Sagewood)
     Tough wood for fishing rods.
Bulbine frutescens    (Stalked Bulbine)
     Aromatic used for soaps and cosmetics.
Buxus natalensis    (Natal Boxwood)  umhluhlumbazi,
     Close-grained wood for carving and instruments.
Calodendrum capense    (Cape Chestnut)  umbhaba,
     Pale yellow wood for furniture
Canthium mundianum    (Rock Alder)  siluwane,  sivilwane,  umphatsankhosi,
     Good furniture and implements.
Cassine peragua subsp. peragua    (Cape Cherry)  umboyi,  umkhukhuze,
     Wood for sticks & handles
Catha edulis    (Bushman's Tea)  mlomomnandzi,  mlomomunandzi,  umlomo-mnandzi,
     Household Items. Spoons & combs.
Celtis africana    (White Stinkwood)  liklolo,  liklolo lelikhulu,  luhlolo lolukhulu,  mbelangoma,  umvumvu,
     Wood used for household items & furniture.
Chaetacme aristata    (Thorny Elm)  umbambangwe,
     Handicrafts. The wood is very hard.
Cissus rotundifolia    (Bushveld Grape)  lidlebendlovu,  nyokane,  umtsebulo,
     Roots are used a cleanser.
Clematis brachiata    (Traveller's Joy)  litinyolemamba,
     Churning sticks made from stems.
Cocculus hirsutus *   (Bushveld Moonseed Creeper)  inyokane,  umgigo,  umtungulo,
     Basketry

     Handicrafts, baskets, mats & ropes

     Furniture.

     Handicrafts & furniture but difficult to work. Fruits used for necklaces. Ash used as toothpaste.

Combretum woodii    (Large-leaved Bush Willow)  imbondvo lemhlophe,  imbondvo mahlatsi,  umbhondvo sehlatsi,
     Trunk used for cattle yokes.
