Albizia anthelmintica    (Worm-cure Falsethorn)  ligola,  sivangatane,  umnala,
     Firewood
Androstachys johnsonii    (Lebombo Ironwood)  bukhukhu,  bukhunkhu,  umsibitsi,  umsimbitsi,
     Fuelwood. Gives off smell of honey when burning.
Annona senegalensis    (Wild Custard Apple)  ematelemba,  ematembe,  matelemba,  pofugwane,  umtelemba,  umtelembu,
     Firewood
Antidesma venosum    (Tasselberry Tree)  bhekindoda,  bhubhuludla,  emabhubhuludla,  hubulu,  imhlalanyoni,  imhlalanyoni,  inhlalahubulu,  umbhubhuludla,  umhlalamahubhulu,  umhlalanyoni,  umshongi,
     Branches used as firewood.
Balanites maughamii subsp. maughamii    (Torchwood)  liphambo,  umnulu,  umnunu,  umnununu,
     Firewood.
Bauhinia galpinii    (Pride-Of-The-Kaap)
     Firewood. But do not burn in planting season; bad crops ensue

     Excellent fuelwood.

     Reported in countryside to be a useful fuel. Very invasive.

     Good wood for starting fires.

     Excellent firewood. Extensively used as braaiwood.

     Branches & stem for firewood.
