Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Crassula acinaciformis - Very robust. Basal leaves numerous, up to 30 cm long, softly fleshy, hairless except for minute marginal teeth, triangular, tapering gradually from C 12 cm wide at base. Axis stout, erect, 60—150 cm high, with few pairs of narrower leaves, much branched at top to form flat-topped inflorescence of innumerable flowers, up to 45 cm diam. Sepals c 2 mm long. Petals c 3 mm long, scarcely spreading, white or cream..
