Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Indigofera mollicoma - Woody rootstock and irregular spreading branches up to c 20 cm long; abundant white erect hairs throughout. Leaf-stalk short; leaflets c six pairs, oval, c 1 cm long x 4 mm wide, blunt-tipped, base sometimes with small brownish glands. Inflorescences lateral, stalk up to 4 cm long, flowers relatively few; calyx c 6 mm long, lobes very slender; corolla conspicuous, c 1,3 cm long, lake.
