Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Polygala galpinii - Slender open shrub, often 1 m or more high, thinly hairy. Leaf-stalk c 1 cm long; blade oval, tapering to long narrow point, up to 9 cm long x 4 cm wide. Inflorescence terminal or lateral elongated raceme. Flowers opening few at a time; stalk c 5 mm long; wings pink or mauve, c 1,2 cm long x 6 mm wide.
