Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Pachycarpus concolor - Erect, robust, up to 50 cm high. Leaf stalk c 5 mm long, blade narrow-oblong, margin wavy, up to c 12 cm long X 3 cm wide. Flowers solitary or few between upper leaf-axils, stalk c 1 cm long. Calyx lobes c 1,5 cm long, pointed, bristly; corolla lobes spreading, broadly oval, c 1,5 cm long X 1 cm wide, cream with brown shading; corona lobes broad, pointed, not tailed.
